Dat verloopt in een aantal vaste stappen, van het doorrekenen van het voordeel tot de oprichting bij de notaris en de inschrijving bij de KVK. Met een goede voorbereiding voorkom je fiscale verrassingen. Hieronder het stappenplan voor 2026.<\/p>\n<h2>Stap 1: bereken of het loont<\/h2>\n<p>Laat eerst berekenen of een bv in jouw situatie voordeliger is. Vaak is dat vanaf ongeveer &euro; 80.000 structurele winst, rekening houdend met de afbouw van de zelfstandigenaftrek (2026 &euro; 1.200) en het gebruikelijk loon (2026 minimaal &euro; 58.000).<\/p>\n<h2>Stap 2: kies de structuur<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Een enkele bv, of een holdingstructuur met een holding- en werk-bv.<\/li>\n<li>Geruisloze inbreng (zonder directe belasting) of een ruisende inbreng.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Stap 3: oprichting en inbreng<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>De notaris richt de bv op en stelt de akte op.<\/li>\n<li>Je brengt je onderneming in, eventueel met terugwerkende kracht.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Stap 4: administratie en verplichtingen<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Schrijf de bv in bij de KVK en meld je aan bij de Belastingdienst.<\/li>\n<li>Regel de loonadministratie voor je dga-loon en plan de jaarrekening.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Waarom Belastingadviseur Eindhoven<\/h2>\n<p>Wij begeleiden de hele overstap voor ondernemers in de regio Eindhoven.
